"A Dream Come True"
For as long as I can remember, I've had a thing for Jellies. Always wished to own one someday, and thanks to "Pet Jellyfish," that dream is now a reality. Honestly, I never thought I'd get such top-notch products and even LIVE Jellyfish (yep, more than one!) delivered right to my door! Big thanks to this company for helping me fulfill my wish!

"Complete fraudsters"
Complete fraudsters. Everything that arrived was useless, and when we attempted to fix the issue, they sent us shabby, second-hand parts that were in terrible shape. Now, they won’t even respond! TOTAL SCAM!

"Happy to see the new offering..."
I'm really pleased they're including refractometers in the starter kits instead of hydrometers. This change will save a lot of hassle since hydrometers aren't reliable! The jellies arrived in excellent shape thanks to overnight shipping, and I can definitely recommend this company.

"Received a damaged small o20 tank..."
I ordered the small o20 tank, the one for desktops, and it showed up broken. I reached out to Adam via email, and he was incredibly helpful, sending me a replacement tank right away! He answered all my questions quickly and provided tracking info for everything. Awesome service, great-looking tanks, and I'm now a happy jellyfish owner!

"Absolutely thrilled with my Jellies!"
I got myself the O16 tank. Setting it up was a breeze, and it included all the essentials for upkeep. The customer service rep handled all my queries like a champ. Once I added my Jellies, I was over the moon with my choice. All in all, it was a solid experience, and I’d definitely suggest it to others.

Fantastic support and useful info provided by Adam, and the jellyfish arrived securely in excellent condition. Setting up the tank was a breeze. If you're a newbie to saltwater creatures, I'd definitely suggest going with Pet Jellyfish.

"Not Great"
Even though the website suggests otherwise, this isn't a UK-based business. My tank showed up way later than it was supposed to and was missing a piece. That missing part took ages to arrive too. The 'starter' kit doesn't have all the essentials - you'll have to buy a bunch more stuff to keep jellies alive. When my jellies got here, they were alright for a bit, but honestly, they were way smaller than I thought they'd be. All in all, it wasn't the greatest experience, and I really wish I had looked into UK options more.

"a total mess"
a total mess. seriously, don’t waste your time ordering from this company. they are super rude, and honestly, there have been so many issues with this whole process that I can't even be bothered to go through them all. communication is awful, items marked as available are actually not, and the delivery times are just ridiculous. just steer clear.
